Right now, The Open Shelf is a home-based 100% gluten- free bakery focused on thoughtfully made treats, including:
Freshly baked cookies
Gluten-free sourdough loaves
Gluten-free cinnamon rolls
Everything is made in small batches with care, intention, and a whole lot of love for good food that feels comforting and special.
