I’m so excited to finally open The Open Shelf and share what I’ve been baking.

Right now, The Open Shelf is a home-based 100% gluten- free bakery focused on thoughtfully made treats, including:

  • Freshly baked cookies

  • Gluten-free sourdough loaves

  • Gluten-free cinnamon rolls

Everything is made in small batches with care, intention, and a whole lot of love for good food that feels comforting and special.

  • Get updates on my journey toward opening a physical storefront (yes, that’s the goal!)
